2026/2027 Before Care

Welcome to the Garfield YMCA 2025–2026 Before School Program!

This year, our Before School Program will be held at our main location:

Garfield YMCA
33 Outwater Lane
Garfield, NJ

All children must be dropped off at the YMCA and will be transported by bus to their appropriate schools.

The program operates from 7:00 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. Buses will leave promptly at 7:45 a.m. If your child is not at the YMCA by that time, we will not be able to wait, as we must ensure all children arrive at school on time.

The cost of the program is $160 per month.

Families using state subsidy assistance must contact Olivia at [email protected] to complete registration.

Required Paperwork

The following documents must be submitted before your child can begin the Before School Program:

All documents can be dropped off or emailed to [email protected]

Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
Parent Receipt of Information form (signed)
Medical Declaration Statement
Copies of a photo ID for all authorized pick-up persons
All required online registration forms and waivers completed and signed

Please note: Your child’s registration is not complete until all required paperwork has been received. Children will not be permitted to attend the program until their registration packet is complete.
