Registration is not complete until you hand in your vaccination record, physical form, signed parent manual, copy of birth certificate and copies of all Photo IDs of people allowed to pick up your child.

Be on the look out for the registration email. If you can not print out the booklet from the link provided please pick it up at our front desk!

This program will be located at 241 Ray St in Garfield from June 30-August 22. There is NO PROGRAM the week of August 25-29 and will reopen
