Energy Medicine Yoga Thursdays 7:30 p.m

Energy Medicine Yoga integrates yoga and Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) to greatly increase your strength, health and resiliency.

Power Hour - Time Change 8:30am
If you‘re looking to get fitter and stronger, this an ideal class to take. Power Hour bootcamp strength training is a full-body workout that is both cardio and muscular intensive. It triggers positive feelings as a result of endorphin secretion within the brain and nervous system after working out, reducing stress, increasing relaxation and improving sleep quality. With regular strength training better fitness is not a matter of if, just a matter of when.

Restore balance to your body while connecting to your breath, connect to your body in movement. Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Namaste.

Step Tone Strength - Wednesdays 6:00pm
Stepping up and down works the muscles in your calves, legs, and buttocks.
Combine with weights and you get twice the workout for overall cardio and strength training to help lose weight and build muscle.

Strength and Stretch Tuesdays 9am
The goal of a stretching exercise is to lengthen the muscle tissue to improve how far you can move a body part.
The goal of strengthening exercise is to increase the bulk of the muscle so you can move that body part with more force.
This class will help you do both so they work together, not in competition. You receive the benefits of the strength while the stretching allows muscles to build while maintaining a natural looking physique.

A fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of international music. An intense, energetic, dance-aerobics workout, no dance experience required. Zumba is fun and energetic, Latin Zumba turns exercise into a dance party and can burn 500 to 700 calories in an hour.
