A partner free dance fitness workout for all levels-from beginner to the experienced dancer. LaBlast takes you through a diverse mix of famous ballroom dances set to your favorite music, everything from pop and rock to hip-hop country.  Experience the full array of dance styles to tone your body, maintain a healthy lifestyle, learn to dance or just have a great time. This class is taught by a LaBlast Instructor of the Year for 2023.

If you‘re looking to get fitter and stronger, this an ideal class to take. Power Hour bootcamp strength training is a full-body workout that is both cardio and muscular intensive. It triggers positive feelings as a result of endorphin secretion within the brain and nervous system after working out, reducing stress, increasing relaxation and improving sleep quality. With regular strength training better fitness is not a matter of if, just a matter of when.

Strength and Stretch Tuesdays 9am

he goal of a stretching exercise is to lengthen the muscle tissue to improve how far you can move a body part.

The goal of strengthening exercise is to increase the bulk of the muscle so you can move that body part with more force.

This class will help you do both so they work together, not in competition.  You receive the benefits of the strength while the stretching allows muscles to build while maintaining a natural looking physique.
