If you‘re looking to get fitter and stronger, this an ideal class to take. Power Hour bootcamp strength training is a full-body workout that is both cardio and muscular intensive. It triggers positive feelings as a result of endorphin secretion within the brain and nervous system after working out, reducing stress, increasing relaxation and improving sleep quality. With regular strength training better fitness is not a matter of if, just a matter of when.

he goal of a stretching exercise is to lengthen the muscle tissue to improve how far you can move a body part.

The goal of strengthening exercise is to increase the bulk of the muscle so you can move that body part with more force.

This class will help you do both so they work together, not in competition.  You receive the benefits of the strength while the stretching allows muscles to build while maintaining a natural looking physique.

Tai Ji Quan Movement for Better Balance (TJQMBB) is an exercise and movement program that maximizes, strength, balance and mobility.  Think of it as a bit of cross between Tai Chi and Chair Yoga with a progressive movement format, strengthening participants week to week.

TJQMBB may help prevent falls in older adults, and individuals with balance disorders, Arthritis and Chronic Diseases.

Perfect for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness with benefits for daily living. Athletes and no-athletes alike.

The benefits of TJQMBB include:: Improves postural stability, increases awareness and mindful control of body symmetry, position, movement and coordination for walking and activities, improves range of motion around the ankle and hip joints, increases lower extremity muscle strength.
