Adult lessons are for adults to learn how to swim and get more confidence in the water.

Beginner Level is for adults that want to learn how to float on their stomach and back. This level will also focus on different stokes.

Intermediate Level-This level is for adults that know the basics of swimming, but need more confidence in the water. This level will focus on techniques in strokes, and start to swim laps.
