Stroke and Turn at Midland Ave Pool
The clinic will focus on improving stroke techniques, flip turns, and diving. This is the time to work on refining all the elements needed for competitive swimming. This will take place at our 490 Midland Avenue pool.

Sharks is for anyone that finished level 6 in the swim lesson program.
There are pre-requisites to register for this:
Knowledge of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Must be able to complete 4 laps freestyle, 4 laps of backstroke and 3 laps of breaststroke.
Only register your child if your child can do all the pre-requisite skills.
